Free "Meet & Ask" Session

Book in for a chat. It gives us a chance to hear each others voices and get a sense of whether you’d like to work with me. Ask any questions you have about the service I offer, air any concerns you have and if you’d like to tell me a little about your unique personal experience and what draws you to Breathwork and Body-Centred counselling I’d love to hear it. Many clients have found this a good introduction to assess whether they’d like to proceed with booking in for a session – and of course there is no obligation to do so, it is a free chat and entirely up to you whether you go ahead with a booking.
Individual Session
90 Minutes
A session is a supported exploration of your inner life. The tools I use can reveal the wisdom of whatever you are struggling with, give it the gift of your full embodied attention and from there illuminate a path forward. The power of these sessions is how they bring about new insight, healing, resolution and physical, emotional and energetic release.
During a session I listen to you, guide you into a deeply relaxed state of body awareness and then assist you to use a breathing technique which usually takes you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. From here you can find what your being is asking of you and tune in to your deep needs. There’s a huge relief in being fully present with yourself, meeting what arises when you slow down and listen and then returning to ordinary consciousness to integrate this new wisdom into your life.
The perspectives and shifts from these sessions will also equip you with tools that you can use for the rest of your life to help face the challenges that will inevitably occur for all of us.
When life is in balance, a session is a wonderful way to explore the more subtle aspects of your inner life. When you are not in distress Breathwork is a path into the layers that don’t get a chance to be heard when we’re in 'crisis management'.
Online Individual Session
90 Minutes
An online session is a supported exploration of your inner life from the comfort and safety of your own home. Using Zoom we set up a session time but there’s no need for travel, just a private space where you’ll be undisturbed for the duration, good internet connection and a device that can be angled so I can see your torso while you’re lying down during the ‘Breathe’.
While I do suggest the first session is in-person if possible so that we can meet, for those not in the Hobart area, it’s fine to go ahead with online sessions.
Many clients enjoy the comfort of being in their home environment and the added sense of safety and privacy can allow for even deeper exploratoins, and also feel there is a gentler integration process being in their own home without the need to travel.
